Sleek Lips

Eyes are drawn to luscious lips, and finding that perfect shade that makes your eyes pop means standing at the makeup counter trying on all the shades that catch your eyes until your lips are red raw. But even though I may be a little late, I have found the perfect palettes which fit neatly into any bag.

The Sleek Makeup Lip4 palettes are definitely worth the investment. The range consists of six palettes which are Tease, Havana, Siren, Ballet, Mardi Gras and Showgirl. I got my hands on four of them and loved the colours so much I had to write a post.

So my essentials before putting on any lipstick is to first exfoliate your lips, then add Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream, which leaves lips feeling velvet smooth and great base for colour, and then for me personally I like to line my lips with a neutral lip liner and a favourite of mine is Rimmel London 1000 kisses liner in Cocoa Mandoria.

Now on to the colours! Each palette has matte, satin and gloss textured lip colours inside, so although the colours may look similar to the eye once on your lips it looks completely different.

The colours are highly pigmented and can definitely hold their own on a night out. The matte colours are perfect for dinner dates as food and drink won't make it smudge. All the colours can be mixed to create one of a kind bespoke colours just for you. So there really is no reason not to have these in your kit, especiall when one palette only costs £8.99 for four colours.

So pick up your palettes from selected Tesco's and Superdrugs or online here.
